Thinking About Moving to Bothell?

My take on Bothell.

Bothell feels a little different than many of the surrounding cities because it blends a walkable downtown atmosphere with larger residential neighborhoods and easy commuter access. You can spend the morning walking the Sammamish River Trail, grab lunch downtown, and still be within a reasonable drive of Bellevue, Redmond, Everett, or Seattle.

One thing that surprises many people is how much variety exists within the city. Some areas are centered around newer construction and townhomes, while others offer larger lots, established neighborhoods, and luxury homes. School boundaries, commute routes, and housing styles can change significantly depending on where you are looking.

For many buyers, Bothell represents a balance between lifestyle and convenience. It offers access to major employment centers while still maintaining a neighborhood feel that many people are looking for when relocating to the area.
